Marination:
Chickens are marinated with yogurt, salt, red chili powder, and kept it almost 2 hours.
Process:
First, make the basmati rice. Then heat the pan with oil and add onion, ginger, garlic paste, and tomato puree. Fry it for some time. Then, add poppy seed paste, salt, and sugar to your taste. Next poured the marinated chicken. Stir it sometimes until it’s ready.
After those eggs are boiled with water, the potatoes are also fried with oil until their color is brown. You also fried some onion pieces, because for biryani, fried onion is needed for taste.
When chicken and rice are ready, next take a pan, hit with ghee/ butter, and spread bay leaves all over the pan. After that chicken is poured inside the pan, then the basmati rice, salt, sugar, sunrise biryani masala, rose water, kewra water, mitha atar, and food color, and lemon juice in the above. And also added fried potatoes and boiled eggs. Then cover it with a lid in a low flame for 15 minutes. Check it some time and stir it; if you did not stir it is fired.
