What Ingredients do You Need To Prepare Cream Cheese And Pepper Pinwheels?
- 6 flour tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 yellow or orange pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 tsp. Tony’s Cajon seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
How to Cook Cream Cheese and Pepper Pinwheels?
Blend all ingredients in a bowl. Spread onto the tortillas. Roll each tortilla up, pressing slightly as you go. Cover each tortilla in plastic cover and chill until ready to serve. Then slice each tortilla into 1/4 inch thick slices, creating pinwheels. Arrange on a platter. It can be served with Ranch dressing, salsa, or nothing at all. They are good all on their own! Enjoy!
